Back2Basics Boxing is focused on teaching clients how to box and helping them achieve their fitness goals with individualized workouts. Whether in a private boxing session, a boot camp, or class, every client will be on a program based on their fitness level and goals. You will strengthen your mind and body while “learning, burning, and having fun.” The classes are taught by a certified personal trainer and professional and amateur boxing coach.
